Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition professional from the retail industry to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor management, onboarding, and manpower budgeting, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to the strategic hiring goals of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must be hands on with mapower budgeting.
Manage the full recruitment cycle across all levels – sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding.
Handle sourcing through portals, BCV, and other modern recruitment channels.
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
Work closely with the Head – HR to align TA efforts with organizational goals.
Drive vendor management and onboarding processes.
Maintain and track hiring reports, cost-per-hire, and recruitment metrics.
Participate in manpower budgeting and strategic workforce planning.
Ensure timely closures of open positions across locations including Nariman Point and Bombay.
Mentor and manage a small TA team (2–3 people).
Candidate Profile:
8 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably from the fashion retail/luxury retail segment.
Strong understanding of the retail hiring landscape and functional hiring.
Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Good at data tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
