ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, optimizing distribution, and ensuring visibility and secondary billing compliance across your assigned territory. This includes managing relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding market presence, and ensuring proper merchandising.
Specifically the activities will be:
Your daily activities will encompass sales and distribution management, channel development and secondary billing compliance, market expansion and retailer engagement, and merchandising and visibility. This involves achieving sales targets (primary and secondary), ensuring product availability, effective beat planning, driving secondary sales, achieving 100% secondary billing compliance, onboarding new retail outlets, strengthening retailer relationships, collecting market feedback, ensuring proper merchandising and planogram adherence, and deploying POS materials.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?
We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in OTC sales from reputable pharmaceutical companies such as Dabur, Zydus, Nestlé, Abbott, or similar. Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships is essential.
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?
Strong communication and negotiation skills are crucial, as is a deep understanding of secondary sales and billing cycles. Territory management expertise, good market acumen, and proficiency in sales reporting tools and mobile applications are also required. Fluency in the local language with basic English skills is necessary.
Level of studyWhat requirements are we looking for?
A Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.Pharm/BBA preferred) is required. A valid driver's license and access to a two-wheeler are also mandatory.
