Job Description
1) Plan and execute vehicle-level testing for electronic systems (AVM, AEB, PBD & ADAS, etc.) 2) Review and prepare test cases based on system requirements and specifications.
3) Use diagnostic tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, INCA, UDS tools) for data logging and analysis. ...
4) Capable to handle equipments required for testing - Durability Machine, Endurance machine, Environmental chambers and control units.
5) Maintain test logs, bug reports, and version tracking using defined tools (Excel, Jira, etc.)
6) Capture and analyze signals on CAN, LIN, FlexRay (as applicable).
1) Understand vehicle architecture, sub-systems, and electrical layouts.
2)Apply basic knowledge of vehicle dynamics, powertrain, and body electronics to testing.
3) Work closely with design, calibration, diagnostics, and supplier teams.
4) Participate in daily status meetings and validation reviews.
5) Coordination with cross functional departments (Design / QC/QA/Sales/Costing) for execution of product evaluation.
6)Handle test tools responsibly; ensure calibration, maintenance, and software updates./Help set up HIL or SIL test environments, if required.
