This role is a critical part of the executive team, providing direct support to the CEO and driving strategic initiatives across the organization.
Position description / Job description- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively manage priorities across departments.
- Coordinate with plant heads, government bodies, investors, and global partners.
- Prepare key documents: board decks, investor presentations, internal reports, and high-level correspondence.
- Handle confidential projects with discretion, including leadership hiring and business expansion planning.
- Organize and track leadership meetings, project reviews, and strategic offsites.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, domestic/international travel, and critical day-to-day operations.
- Support strategic planning processes and ensure timely execution of key business initiatives.
- Prepare monthly MIS, dashboards, and business insights to support data-driven decisions.

- Experience supporting senior leadership (CXOs or Founders), preferably in manufacturing, infrastructure, or sustainability.
- A strong academic background (Bachelor's required; MBA or similar is a plus).
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities (e.g., proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
