Key Responsibilities<br />Financial Control & Month-End Close• Execute and oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities for multiple<br />global entities.<br />• Prepare and review journals, reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments, ensuring<br />accuracy and completeness.<br />• Support global consolidation of the Group’s results, including intercompany reconciliations<br />and elimination entries.<br />• Ensure integrity of P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements across all entities.<br />• Maintain strong financial controls aligned with IFRS and SOX-style governance<br />frameworks.<br />Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15 / SaaS)<br />• Manage accounting for SaaS revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15.<br />• Perform complete reconciliations between ARR, CRM (sales data), billing systems,<br />deferred and accrued revenue.<br />• Partner with Revenue Operations and Group Finance to ensure accuracy and<br />transparency of revenue reporting.<br />Audit, Compliance & Governance<br />• Support the global statutory and group audit processes, preparing schedules and<br />responding to audit queries.<br />• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, local regulations, and tax<br />requirements.<br />• Assist in the design, documentation, and testing of internal controls under the Group’s<br />financial control framework.<br />Reporting & Analysis<br />• Contribute to the preparation of consolidated management reports, variance analyses,<br />and commentary.<br />• Assist in monitoring working capital, intercompany balances, and cashflow.<br />• Provide analytical insights to the Financial Controller and CFO to support key business<br />decisions.<br />Systems, Processes & Collaboration<br />• Operate within ERP and CRM systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce).<br />• Participate in automation, system enhancement, and process standardisation initiatives.<br />• Collaborate across time zones with global teams in Finance, Tax, HR, and Legal.<br />• Support and mentor junior team members within the India-based finance function.<h3>experience</h3>15
