*Roles& Responsibility
• Coordinate and manage various activities like Machine Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance .
• Identify the areas of improvement and plan for necessary kaizen activities related to productivity, quality, safety, Environment & cost. ...
• Assist in the major breakdown activities with the team members to clear the breakdown in minimum time.
• PLC & Other automation products backup & battery replacement activity planning.
• Manage the departmental documentation related to IATF, EMS & 3 pillar activities
• Coordinate in spare parts management including procurement, tracking and maintain minimum stock.
• Assist in organizing and conducting training and development of team members skills and performance.
Skill set Required
•Better knowledge in PLC (Mitsubishi, Keyence, Siemens) & other Automation softwares like HMI, Servo, Robo Cylinder
•Knowledge of Utility equipments like DG, Transformer, IMP, STP, Cooling tower
•Knowledge in operation & maintenance of Robots (Yasakawa, Densu, Fanuc) 'Good Communication & presentation skill
•Good computer knowledge in MS office.
