- VMC machining programming sklill in master cam for making critical die spares. Develop and optimize VMC programs using CAD/CAM software (Write & modify) Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models for programming. Knowledge about Selection of tools, speeds, and feeds for better surface roughness. Conduct simulations and trial runs to test and validate programs.
- Work set up, Machine operation & monitoring the work based on program Machine operation experience on Mitsubishi controller (DMG Mori machine)
- Knowledge about types of materials & Heat treatment process
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Troubleshooting skill
- Hands on experience in conventional machines
- Knowledge about progressive Die manufacturing process
