Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Finalize Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with Ind AS.
Prepare LODR reports as per SEBI regulations.
Analyze and present financial ratios and business performance to management.
Treasury and Working Capital Management:
Formulate budgets, conduct variance analysis, and drive corrective actions.
Liaise with financial institutions for fund-raising and manage treasury investments.
Monitor and optimize foreign currency transactions and manage working capital
facilities (Packing Credit, Bills Discounting, BGs, LCs).
Audit and Assessment Management:
Lead Tax, Internal, Transfer Pricing, and Statutory Audits.
Handle GST Audits, Cost Audits, Excise/Service Tax Audits, and VAT Audits.
Manage Income Tax scrutiny assessments, appeals, reassessments, and departmental
communications.
Project Finance, FDI & ECB Funding:
Prepare project finance documentation and CMA data for funding purposes.
Manage external credit ratings and ensure compliance with FDI and ECB guidelines.
Conduct financial evaluation for renewable energy projects (Windmills, Solar).
Due Diligence and Valuation:
Conduct financial due diligence and valuation of acquisition targets and associated
reporting.
Accounting, MIS, and Product Costing:
Supervise daily accounting operations and MIS reporting.
Oversee product costing activities and ensure accuracy.
Manage financial operations related to green energy generation and commercial aspects.
Financial Controls & Commercial Operations:
Develop and implement internal financial control systems under Section 134 of
Companies Act.
Oversee debtor management, inventory monitoring, and fixed asset management.
Lead insurance, GPCB, UGVCL compliance, and supplier negotiations.
