In this role, you will have the opportunities to bring an impact in Festo Groups’ journey in attaining C02-neutrality.
You will be responsible for
•
Leading our PCF calculation project which includes data landscape organisation and administration, PCF calculation and quality assessment and the development of strategy for automated, digitized mass calculation as well as identification of beneficial PCF improvement projects
•
Participation and support of the Sustainability Governance project (incl. e.g. CBAM, EUDR, CSDDD, …)
•
Support of the governance team by e.g. quarterly creation of CBAM reports
•
Leading additional projects based on our evolving strategy.
Qualifications for the role
•
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field
•
Min. 6 to 8 years of experience
•
IT affinity: preferably SAP S4 Hana, MS Office (Excel), Python is a plus
•
Strong understanding of sustainability practices, regulations, and reporting standards.
•
Profound experience in project management
•
Experience in Sustainability Management is a plus.
•
Strong ability to work independently, self-managed and structured mindset.
•
Experience in working for a large international company is beneficial.
•
Very good communication skills esp. in an international environment
