•Develop HR policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.•Manage performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
•Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, satisfaction, and productivity. •Partner with leadership to identify manpower needs and align HR initiatives with organizational growth.

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRM) are an advantage.
•Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
•Proficient in HR software (HRMS/HRIS) and MS Office Suite.
•Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
