Position description / Job description- Manage key accounts in assigned territories, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively evaluate and plan participation in tender opportunities.
- Regularly update the list of institutions within the territory based on business priorities.
- Provide monthly reports on formulary inclusion progress and business performance to senior management.
- Seek support for key accounts through marketing initiatives, medical team representation, etc.
- Recategorize accounts based on changing business dynamics.
- Communicate opportunities and risks to senior management promptly.
- Ensure the Rx team is updated on inventory status and potential risks for each account.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the oncology field (demand generation experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of the assigned geographical area(s).
- Understanding of the formulary inclusion process for major accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both healthcare professionals (HCPs) and administrative staff.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
