As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategies and enhancing the physical spaces across Loco Bear facilities. You will oversee digital marketing, analyze park performance, build lead generation teams, manage collaborations with central agencies and local stakeholders, and ensure cohesive space design and branding. Your strategic leadership will be key to driving our park marketing, enriching visitor experiences, and fueling overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns for Loco Bear's games across digital, social, and offline channels, ensuring efficient execution and target audience reach. This includes in-store campaigns designed to enrich customer lifetime value.
- Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines, meet deadlines, and achieve business and marketing objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, resources, and team collaboration for successful and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
Coordination & Partnerships:
- Coordinate with extended teams and agencies (SEO, digital, creative, events, external brands, PR, influencers, radio) to execute high-impact campaigns and partnerships.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, deadlines, revenue targets, and goals.
- Proactively seek new event partnerships, brand collaborations, and influencer opportunities to increase visibility and engagement for Loco Bear and its audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams to adjust pricing, monitor online and offline lead conversion rates, and enhance the in-store customer experience (e.g., music, colors, merchandising).
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track the performance of all internal and external brand activities, including traffic, footfalls, sales, brand visibility, and engagement.
- Implement industry best practices for tracking and reporting, continuously optimizing strategies based on performance data.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for all executed campaigns.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, and Power BI for comprehensive attribution and analysis.
- Set up robust tracking and reporting mechanisms, continuously learning to understand online-to-offline attribution, recall increase, visibility, PR, and influencer activities, including those without direct reporting.
Content Creation & Social Media Engagement:
- Oversee content creation and social media strategy, ensuring content aligns with Loco Bear's brand voice and is optimized for engagement.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners/agencies to produce visually appealing content for various digital platforms.
- Regularly monitor and audit Online Reputation Management (ORM).
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer behavior, and new opportunities for Loco Bear's offerings.
- Utilize insights to refine campaign strategies and improve overall marketing performance.
Award Submissions & Industry Best Practices:
- Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain Loco Bear's competitive edge.
- Lead award submissions for successful campaigns and initiatives that contribute to the brand's growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and impactful campaigns within the Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) industry, specifically in Bangalore.
- Proficiency in tailoring SEO and SEM strategies for diverse locations.
- Strong analytical acumen for data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborations.
- Familiarity with effective public relations strategies.
- Understanding of space design principles and their integration with branding.
