Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Contracts Executive MEP will assist in the preparation, evaluation, and administration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contracts across various real estate projects. The role requires coordination with internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and cost control related to MEP packages. KRA's* Assist in preparing tender documents, BOQs, and contract agreements for MEP works.* Support in evaluating bids and technical submittals for MEP contractors and vendors.* Maintain contract records, vendor documentation, and logs of contractual correspondence.* Help review and track variations, claims, and amendments in contracts.* Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely execution of MEP contracts.* Assist in monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with contract terms.* Prepare reports, MIS, and documentation related to MEP contract progress and status.* Work under guidance of the senior contracts team to support project delivery timelines.
