Proven experience in leading and scaling large-scale educational or volunteer-driven programs. ● Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, nonprofits, and industry to drive program growth and impact. ● Experience in designing and delivering high quality training and non-formal learning experiences. ● A deep understanding of the Indian education system, with experience of working with schools, teachers, and youth-serving community organizations. ● Experience of managing a team, with a collaborative and supportive approach to leadership and the ability to plan and manage resource allocation effectively across multiple projects and priorities. ● Good data and analytical skills, and the ability to use data effectively to improve what we do.
