About the Role:
We are looking for a Team Leader - NP Onboarding and Training who will look at onboarding
of Network Participants through direct phone/virtual meet contact. You’ll be the first touch-
point after sign-up, helping new Network Participants get up and running quickly. The ideal
candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Call new Network Participants after sign-up to welcome them, understand their needs
and guide them through the onboarding process.
● Understand Network Participant’s goals and use cases during initial onboarding calls to
tailor the onboarding experience accordingly.
● Follow-up with Network Participants through phone, email to ensure steady progress.
● Anticipate common pain points and proactively address them during calls to reduce
To&Fro.
● Deliver training sessions to new Network Participants.
● Clearly explain processes in a simple, engaging, and client-friendly way during live calls,
emails, or recorded demos.
● Collaborate with internal teams to keep onboarding materials up to date.
● Contribute to improving onboarding processes by sharing insights and feedback from
client conversations.
Experience & Skills:
● 3-4 years of experience in customer Support, onboarding, or sales Support - preferably
in a phone-based or client-facing role.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience leading product or service training sessions, either 1:1 or in group settings
(phone, meet, etc.).
● Strong active listening skills—you ask the right questions, read between the lines, and
make Network Participants feel heard.
● Empathetic, solution-oriented, and energized by helping others succeed.
