Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty. Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management sector.
Collaborate with the business development team to secure new contracts and expand the company’s footprint across India.
Financial Management:
