Payroll Management:
Own end-to-end payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with
statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, etc.)
Maintain payroll data integrity, process monthly salaries, full and final settlements,
and issue payslips in a timely manner ...
Reconcile payroll data with Finance and Accounting for payout processing
Handle audits, queries, and payroll-related inspections from statutory bodies
ESOP Management:
Administer the company’s Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOP) including grant
letters, vesting schedules, and taxation
Coordinate with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance and proper reporting
Act as a point of contact for employee ESOP-related queries
Compensation & Benchmarking:
Collaborate with HR leadership to design and review compensation structures
Benchmark salary and benefits with industry standards and provide insights for
annual compensation reviews
Support in structuring compensation for new hires and promotions in line with
internal parity and external competitiveness
Employee Benefits Administration:
Manage car loan, gratuity, and other benefits
Track usage, renewals, and feedback for continuous improvement
