People Advocacy & Employee Relations
• Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees and managers on workplace issues and employee relations.
• Mediate conflict resolution and support a fair, transparent, and consistent approach to HR practices.
• Uphold a positive work environment aligned with organizational values and culture.
