Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitor Data Flow End-to-End
   1. Ensure timely, accurate flow of product data from Windchill to P360 to Salesforce to Website.
   2. Set up dashboards/alerts to proactively identify data issues.
2. Own Data Sync & Validation
   1. Conduct regular audits to validate data consistency across platforms.
   2. Work with tech teams to fix data mismatches or failed jobs.
3. Manage System Integrations
   1. Collaborate with IT and integration teams to ensure connectors are robust and up to date.
   2. Maintain documentation of integration workflows.
4. Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis
   1. Respond to sync failures, website data discrepancies, or user-reported issues.
   2. Perform RCA and implement long-term fixes.
5. Improve Data Operations
   1. Recommend and implement process or tooling improvements.
   2. Suggest automation or monitoring enhancements to reduce manual overhead.
