Our client, a leader in oncology therapies, seeks a highly experienced Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager to join their team. This individual contributor role reports to the Franchise Head and offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the launch and growth of innovative oncology brands within the Medical Neuro-Oncology space.

ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:
Leading the launch of new oncology brands within Medical Neuro-Oncology, leveraging robust customer segmentation and strategic touchpoints across the patient journey. Developing and implementing timely marketing materials and events to support product promotion. Maintaining consistent and effective communication with the sales team, fostering collaborative partnerships for successful product launches. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including marketing material usage, market dynamics, and product uptake. This includes achieving daily LDMs (first 90 days) and interacting with a minimum of 40 doctors per month (first 3 months), then 30 doctors per month thereafter. Engaging with key customers and hospital stakeholders to assess product potential, identify improvement opportunities, and drive adoption. Optimizing marketing expenses while maximizing return on investment.
Specifically the activities will be:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, and neurosurgeons. Developing and executing marketing strategies for new product launches. Analyzing market data and identifying opportunities for growth. Managing budgets and resources effectively.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?
Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager in the oncology field (strongly preferred). Significant experience in oncology marketing, with a demonstrable track record of successful product launches. Specific experience working with brain tumor or CNS-related therapies is highly desirable.
