Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform flank grinding operations on precision components using conventional and CNC grinding machines.</li><li>Monitor and control grinding parameters such as speed, feed, depth of cut, and wheel selection to achieve required surface finish and dimensional accuracy.</li><li>Conduct tool and wheel setting, dressing, and balancing to maintain optimal grinding performance</li><li>Inspect machined parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, profile projector, CMM) to ensure adherence to tolerances.</li><li> Identify process deviations and implement corrective actions to reduce rework and improve component quality.</li><li>Coordinate with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and machine uptime.</li><li>Prepare daily production reports and maintain documentation as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and lean manufacturing practices on the shop floor.</li><li>Support continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time in grinding operations.</li></ul>  Required Skills:<br />    •    Hands-on experience in flank grinding and understanding of grinding processes.<br />    •    Knowledge of precision machining, GD&T, and part tolerance requirements.<br />    •    Ability to troubleshoot machining issues such as wheel glazing, chatter, burn marks, and size variation.<br />    •    Familiarity with CNC grinders (optional but preferred).<br />    •    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<h3>experience</h3>3

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a machine building environment and a proven ability to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.</h3><h3>Required Experience & Skills</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).</p></li><li><p>3+ years of experience in a machine manufacturing, machine building, or heavy equipment production environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, machining processes, and precision measurement.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).</p></li></ul><h3>experience</h3>5
