7. Ensure optimum utilization of available resources and ensure minimum wastages at site
8. Control expenses and maintain cash flow
9. Support to establish and execute organization's operational priorities on weekly, monthly, and long-term basis
Coordination
1. Coordination and attending meetings with clients, consultants on progress of projects, solving their queries,
making required correspondence with them
2. Coordination with support function teams for necessary support in terms of procurement of materials, finance,
for ensuring timely payments of vendors, suppliers, fund transfer etc.
Execution
1. Responsible for overall timely execution of project adherence to standards mentioned in tender documents
2. Ensure construction activities as per pre-defined scheduled
3. Defining roles of Project Manager’s for timely completion of the Projects
4. Conducting frequent meetings with team members to review progress report of the project and submit the same
to senior management on timely basis
5. Mentor and guide team on day to day basis for proper coordination and execution of the project
6. Define safety plans at site and ensure effective implementation
7. Monitoring & controlling daily execution of the project
8. Preparation of quality assurance / quality control plan for the project and ensure implementation at site
9. Ensure Men, Material & Machinery safety and security at site
Desired Candidate Profile
1. BE / BTech. (Civil) with 30+ years of experience in construction industry
2. Must have experience in building multiple towers
3. Lead team of planning, billing, execution, support staff for multi projects
4. Ability to manage Cost and Profitability
5. Ownership Profit & Loss
6. Ability to manage multiple clients
7. International experience will be an added advantage
8. Responsible for total execution / operations of the Company
9. Excellent management and communication skills
