Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Aham Housing Finance is responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing business opportunities within the affordable housing sector. This role involves overseeing a regional sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
Key Responsibility Business target
• Responsible for achievement of Disbursement targets allotted to the branch on Housing & mortgage Loans and insurance premiums.
• Responsible for the meeting the Weighted Average Yield target allotted to the branch.
• Responsible for Portfolio growth of the branch and retention of existing customers. Lead generation & management activities
• Monitoring the activities of the Branch teams at all locations and ensure regular flow of business
• Empanelment of the direct sourcing agents at all locations regularly to ensure steady flow of business from major sourcing channels
• Planning & execution of marketing activities of the locations with a monthly calendar and monitoring the same on a daily basis
• Monitoring productivity of the Branch teams and ensuring that all of them meet the productivity norms on monthly basis Business Process flow & Management
• Responsible for housing loan file logins as per the product & policy norms of Aham HFC.
• Location visits to meet the identified customers for appraisal of the loan proposal
• Ensuring proper & complete documentation of housing loan files put up for sanction.
• Management of post sanction documentation i.e. disbursement documentation.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction for all loans sanctioned & disbursed by Aham HFC. Team recruitment & training
• Responsible for recruitment of branch teams, training them and ensuring the productivity levels as per the norms of the company.
Portfolio Quality Management

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Housing Finance company must
• Strong exposure to affordable housing finance, mortgage lending, and secured loan products
• Proven experience in credit risk assessment, underwriting, and portfolio management
