Job Title- Document Controller Job Location - Balewadi Pune Roles and Responsibilities <p>Manage Governance level 1-2 projects independently as per applicable standards and procedures</p><p>  Supporting in maintaining Master Document List (MDL/MDR) consisting of all project related documents</p><p>  Examines project documents to verify completeness and accuracy of data as per project and contract requirements</p><p>  Maintaining a filing system in EDMS as per project requirements and applicable procedure</p><p>  Manage the flow of correspondence in and out of the company through proper transmittals</p><p>  Supporting in the preparation of Project Final Documentation or Dossiers</p><p>  Support in monitoring due dates and status of project documentation according to schedule.</p><p>  Prepares project status reports and memorandums.</p><p> Provide a working partnership with other departments, assisting flow of company info</p><p> </p><p>Qualifications and Education Requirements</p><p>  Engineering Diploma or any Graduate level educational proficiency.</p><p>  Preferably years of experience in project document control management in any engineering, manufacturing or construction industry or an oilfield services related industry.</p><p>  Ability to utilize Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. as tools to enable effective evaluation of information and reporting to Management</p><p>  Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is mandatory</p><p>  Adequate Experience in any EDMS Tool</p><p> Familiar with MS Outlook and navigating through web-based applications</p><p>Preferred Skills</p><p>Adaptability to cope with diverse systems and procedures applicable to a variety of projects</p><p>  Ability to manage the document control process independently and timely manner with minimum supervision.</p><p>  Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro</p><p>  Adequate Experience in working with customer web-based Tools</p><p>Assisting in mentoring new recruiters and junior staff</p><h3>experience</h3>6
