Key Responsibilities
Design & Production: Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including:
Digital: Social media posts, banner ads, emailers, website graphics, blog visuals, and infographics.
Print: Brochures, flyers, presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), posters, event collateral, and stationery.
Branding: Assist in the development and maintenance of corporate identity elements, design patterns, and brand guidelines.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into compelling designs.
Quality & Consistency: Ensure all design assets adhere to brand guidelines, maintain a high standard of visual quality, and are delivered on time.
Project Management: Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work.
Software Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is mandatory. Experience with other design tools like Figma or CorelDRAW is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback effectively.
Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
Basic knowledge of Motion Graphics (Adobe After Effects/Premiere Pro) or video editing.
Experience with UI/UX design principles for web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with marketing platforms and their specific design requirements.
