We have created a culture that enables talent to flourish, encouraging entrepreneurship, fostering team spirit, and continually building mutual trust.</p><p></p><p></p><p>Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Definition: Collaborate with PMs/POs/BAs to translate product roadmaps into technical data requirements for the development team.</p><p></p><p>Salesforce: Knowledge of Salesforce design, knowledge of lighting application, understanding architecture, database manipulation and knowledge of CRMA.</p><p></p><p>Stakeholder Management: Act as the "data translator" between non-technical stakeholders and developers, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives.</p><p></p><p>Strategic Problem Solving: Identify friction points in the user journey and propose data-driven solutions to improve product performance.</p><p></p><p>Self-Sufficient Execution: Own the analytical lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to final documentation and post-launch validation.</p><p></p><p>Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce is a must. Basic knowledge of SQL queries</p><p></p><p>Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice versa.</p><p></p><p>Analytical Mindset: Experience in product analytics (e.g., data conceptions and story telling).</p><p></p><p>Independence: A "figure-it-out" attitude.
