Job Title: Site Accounts Manager – Facility

Reporting to: Chief Manager – O&M / Dy Chief Manager-O&M
Location: Chennai Katangalathur
Job Purpose:
To manage all site-level financial and accounting operations, including vendor payments, budget tracking, expense monitoring, statutory compliance, and support for audit processes, ensuring smooth and transparent financial functioning of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Maintain accurate day-to-day records of all site-level financial transactions.
- Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and maintain updated books of accounts in compliance with company policies.
- Vendor Bill Processing & Payment Coordination:
- Verify and process vendor/service provider bills after proper documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely payments and reconcile vendor accounts regularly.
- Budget & Cost Monitoring:
- Monitor site expenditure against approved budgets.
- Highlight any cost deviations and support in implementing cost control measures.
- Petty Cash & Site Advances:
- Manage petty cash with proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Handle site advances and ensure timely settlement.
- MIS Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports to HO/Finance Department.
- Track material consumption, billing status, and contractor payments.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements applicable at the site level.
- Coordinate with internal/external auditors and support audit documentation.
- Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with the central accounts/finance department for approvals and documentation.
- Coordinate with facility, procurement, and admin teams for financial documentation and approvals.

5–8 years in site-level accounts management, preferably in facility management, construction, infrastructure, or healthcare sectors.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
