<p>Team Supervisor</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Team Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Accountants, supervision of daily operations, functional guidance, internal controls, people management and continuous improvement of the Investment processes and service delivery.</p><p> </p><p>The Team Supervisor will provide accounting guidance and functional expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of all accounting / financial processes within the Accountant team.</p><p> </p><p>Main Responsibilities</p><ul><li>To ensure the timely and accurate completion of Investment activities.</li><li>To monitor and analyze key performance indicators and communicate results to company management.</li><li>To be responsible for the overall team's performance vs. agreed objectives.</li><li>To implement and maintain solid Investment policies and procedures.</li><li>Provide accounting guidance on Fixed asset and project accounting queries.</li><li>To analyze root cause of operating issues and designs path-forward for resolution.</li><li>Participation in any related audit. </li><li>Support to execution and maintenance of effective Internal Controls.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Required Experience & Qualifications</p><ul><li>Degree in Accounting or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of finance experience. </li><li>Solid knowledge of US GAAP. </li><li>Broad Accounting knowledge.</li><li>Overall understanding of transactional and reporting systems and related interdependencies.</li><li>Multitasks, ability to navigate between different complex matters to quickly identify investigation and resolution paths.</li><li>Good planning & organizing skills; Strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Problem-solving and solution oriented.</li><li>Strategic agility with the ability to influence.</li><li>Ability to own results accountability.</li><li>Experience in building and motivating teams.</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>8

RESPONSIBILITIES:<p>Job Description: - Process Coordinator</p><p>§  Downloading of Bank Statements from Bank Website (as when and required).</p><p>§  Reconciling whether all the feeds have been received to SAP or not.</p><p>§  Daily Cash Application as per the remittances received.</p><p>§  Working on research and on account items.</p><p>§  Maintaining and clearing the Suspense account.</p><p>§  Updating comments for open items in Blackline (related to customer accounts).</p><p>§  Small balance write offs.</p><p>§  Processing refund requests for Double/Over/Incorrect payments from customers.</p><p>§  Flexible with work content and timings.</p><p>§  Periodic updates of SOP.</p><p>§  Working closely with AP/GL and Onshore Team to resolve the customer queries.</p><p>§  Understanding of upstream and downstream processes and impact.</p><p>§  Knowledge on month end activities and to be proactive in highlighting any issues.</p><p>§  Mentoring team members and resolving their queries.</p><p>§  Co-ordinating with upstream and downstream processes in case of any issues.</p><p>§  Meet Daily productivity and quality.</p><p>§  Adhere to compliance and controls.</p><p>§  Initiates process improvement ideas.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Minimum Requirements</p><p>·Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or accounting professional equivalent.</p><p>·Minimum 2 years to 3 years’ experience in Cash Application.</p><p>·SAP knowledge</p><p>·Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and email programs.</p><p>·Good communication skills in English are a must.</p><p>Capabilities and Skills</p><p>·Learning Agility.</p><p>·Good written and oral communication.</p><p>·Collaborative spiri</p>  <h3>experience</h3>9
