- Human Resources: Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Industrial Relations: Manage all aspects of industrial relations, including union negotiations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and ensuring harmonious labor relations.
- Administration: Supervise general plant administration, facility management, security, and statutory compliance related to the plant.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on HR-related matters, contributing to overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree (e.g., MBA in HR, MSW) preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a significant portion in a manufacturing plant environment, specifically handling IR.
- Proven expertise in managing complex industrial relations scenarios and union environments.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
