The Trade Marketing Representative plays a key role in ensuring the on-ground execution of brand and promotional initiatives across retail and wholesale channels. This role supports the Trade Marketing Specialist and Sales teams to drive visibility, shopper engagement, and sales performance in line with brand and channel strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Execute Trade Marketing Initiatives: Implement brand activation campaigns, consumer promotions, and visibility drives at the outlet level across channels (retail, wholesale, etc.).
Ensure In-Store Visibility: Deploy merchandising materials and promotional assets as per defined templates. Conduct audits to ensure proper branding and display execution.
Outlet Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with outlet owners/managers to support ongoing and new promotional activities. Act as a liaison between field sales and the marketing team.
Support Sales Team: Partner with Sales Representatives to understand territory-level priorities and contribute to sales-driving activities like product sampling, tactical campaigns, and stock rotation.
Market Intelligence & Feedback: Gather insights from the ground on consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and campaign performance. Share regular feedback with the Trade Marketing Specialist/Manager.
Campaign Tracking & Reporting: Maintain trackers for campaign execution, provide photo documentation, and share weekly reports on progress and learnings.

Graduation (any discipline)
1–3 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods Sales, Field Marketing, or Merchandising roles preferred
Skills & Knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of branding and in-store execution
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and work independently in a field-based role
Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting is an advantage
