Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, including virtual instructor-led training (VILT) and in-person training programs.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the training programs.
- Trainer Liaison: Work closely with trainers to ensure they have all necessary materials and information for successful training delivery.
- Material Management: Prepare, distribute, and manage training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet client requirements.
- Logistics Management: Handle all logistical aspects of training sessions, including venue booking, travel arrangements for trainers, and technical setup for virtual sessions.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from participants and trainers to continuously improve training programs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities and provide regular reports to the Training Operations Manager.
- Support: Provide ongoing support to clients and trainers during training sessions, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
