Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate and explain products to customers to generate interest and sales.
Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Distribute promotional materials and samples.
Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information.
Maintain a neat and appealing display of products at the point of sale.
Meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Gather customer feedback and report to management.
Assist in inventory management and restocking promotional items.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan promotional strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
Proven experience as a promoter or in sales/customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outgoing personality with a passion for customer engagement.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:
Retail stores, shopping malls, trade shows, outdoor events, or promotional booths.
May involve travel to various locations depending on campaign requirements.
