Recruitment firm Randstad is eyeing acquisitions in India’s staffing and technology space to gain a stronger foothold in mid-to-senior-level staffing in the country, reports The Economic Times of India. The company already has a strong presence in junior-level temporary staffing in India and is now evaluating professional staffing companies, IT solutions firms, and temporary staffing companies in healthcare, sales, marketing, and construction & engineering sectors. "We will invest whatever it takes to get a good strategic partner," said Moorthy Uppaluri, CEO of Randstad India, indicating there was no cap on funding these acquisitions.
