Analyst - O2C: 1 - 3 Years Experience
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End O2C: Manage the full cycle from order management and billing to cash application.
SAP Operations: High-frequency usage of SAP (Mandatory) for transaction processing and reporting.
Financial Analysis: Utilize Excel & Dashboards to track aging, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global teams to resolve payment issues and optimize cash flow.
Compliance: Ensure all activities align with financial controls and month-end closing timelines.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
Tech Stack: SAP (Hands-on experience is a must) and Advanced Excel.
Industry: Experience in FMCG or GCC (Global Capability Centers) is highly preferred.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate a global shared services environment.
