Role and responsiblity  Excellent understanding of the Accounts receivables including billing, cash apps and<br />collections areas. The ability to exercise good judgment and discretion while rigorously<br />applying our compliance policies. Sound knowledge of general ledger systems and<br />procedures, financial charts of accounts and corporate procedures. Ability to work<br />independently in a scaling and rapidly changing environment. Excellent organizational<br />skills, and ability to communicate, both written and verbal. Solid problem-solving skills<br />and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done<br />Minimum requirements<br />● 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivables, preferably with<br />large multinationals or global companies with a strong emphasis on collections.<br />● Bachelor's/ Masters degree in Accounting or business-related field.<br />● Proven track record of successfully managing collections and reducing overdue<br />accounts.<br />● Strong knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets and experience working with<br />large data sets<br />● Familiarity with accounts receivable processes, billing, and collection regulations.<br />● Ensures accuracy in invoicing and payment tracking, minimizing errors and<br />disputes.<br />● Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal<br />● Sound knowledge of accounting concepts such as accruals, prepayments, chart<br />of accounts etc.<br />● Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders<br />● A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without<br />significant supervision<br />● Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently,<br />analyze problems and data sets to make complex investigation decisions<br />● Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices<br />● Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive and detail oriented<br />● Experience in managing<h3>experience</h3>10
