Agentic AI Governance & Change Management Strategy Lead
Role Summary
We are seeking a senior Agentic AI Governance & Change Management Lead to bridge the gap between advanced multi-agent systems and human workflows. In this critical role, you will define the guardrails for autonomous operations, ensure the ethical deployment of AI, and orchestrate the cultural shifts required for seamless human-agent collaboration.
You will act as the strategic linchpin between our industries, the central AI group, executive stakeholders, and enterprise clients. Beyond internal governance, you will play a pivotal role in client-facing AI Readiness workshops and help enterprise clients shift from passive, tool-based AI use to enterprise-wide adoption of AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Governance, Ethics & Decision Ops
- Establish AI Governance Frameworks: Define and implement robust governance plans for multi-agent systems to ensure compliance with global regulations, data security standards, and enterprise policies.
- Drive Responsible AI: Champion ethics in AI by developing policies that mitigate bias, ensure transparency, and maintain accountability in autonomous decision-making.
- Manage Decision Ops: Oversee "Decision Operations," creating audit trails and monitoring frameworks to evaluate how AI agents make, execute, and scale decisions within enterprise environments.
Change Management & Human-Agent Adoption
- Define Change Management Strategies: Design end-to-end change management plans tailored to the integration of autonomous agents into existing human workflows.
- Track & Optimize Adoption: Develop metrics to track agent-human adoption rates. Analyze user interactions to identify friction points and advise on continuous UX and workflow improvements.
- Foster AI Literacy: Lead training and cultural initiatives to shift organizational mindset from "using tools" to "collaborating with digital agents."
- AI Tool Scaling (Nice to Have): Experience in rollout, adoption, enablement, and scaling of AI tools like ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Drive Enterprise Rollouts: Lead enterprise adoption rollout programs, including user enablement, tool training, and governance alignment.
- Design Training Programs: Design and deliver enterprise training programs to build AI literacy at scale.
- Embed AI Workflows: Define new operating models that embed AI into day-to-day workflows.
- Overcome Adoption Barriers: Identify adoption barriers and implement strategies to drive sustained usage and value realization.
Strategic Leadership & KPI Reporting
- Executive Reporting: Establish and track core KPIs related to AI adoption, ROI, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Present actionable insights and progress reports to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the product, engineering, and innovation teams to ensure governance and adoption requirements are baked into the architecture of new AI accelerator platforms and solutions.
Client Advisory & AI Readiness Enablement
- Lead Client Workshops: Facilitate high-impact workshops with enterprise clients to assess their AI readiness for agentic AI, understand their business challenges, and define transformation roadmaps.
- Drive Business Expansion: Act as a subject matter expert during the pre-sales cycle, partnering with sales and account leadership to win new business, expand existing footprints, and position the organization as a leader in responsible Agentic AI.
AI Alliance Partner Collaboration & Leadership
- Drive Strategic Collaboration: Lead change management initiatives with leading AI partners, initially anchoring on OpenAI to support enterprise AI adoption and change management at scale across OpenAI products, while building capability across an evolving ecosystem of LLM providers.
- Develop Deep Expertise: Build mastery in ChatGPT Enterprise and the ChatGPT API & Agentic capabilities, including use cases, integration workflows, and enterprise deployment models.
- Monitor Emerging Platforms: Build and maintain awareness of emerging LLM platforms to enable future expansion beyond OpenAI as client needs evolve.
- Partner Alignment: Partner with alliance teams and vendors to co-develop enterprise-ready solutions, training frameworks, training materials, and adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 12+ years in digital transformation, change management, or IT consulting, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on AI governance, AI ethics, or advanced analytics.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), multi-agent orchestration, and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Consultative Approach: Proven experience leading client-facing workshops, shaping enterprise-grade solutions, and collaborating with external stakeholders in sectors such as CPG, Retail, Energy, or Manufacturing.
- Leadership Skills: Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business value and actionable KPIs for non-technical leadership.
- Methodology: Expertise in organizational change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and experience adapting them for emerging technologies.
