Job SummaryThis role requires a versatile HR generalist to manage a wide range of responsibilities, including industrial relations, labor law compliance, contract labor management, union relations, statutory compliance, payroll processing, and other general HR activities.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, with a strong focus on industrial relations and statutory compliance. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Proven ability to manage industrial relations effectively, including handling union negotiations and grievances. Experience with contract labor management and payroll processing. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
