Administer agreements with security service providers, monitoring their work and ensuring compliance.  Access Control: Establish and maintain a robust system for ID and gate passes for employees, laborers, and vehicles; implement thorough vehicle checks. Ensure strict control over patrolling to prevent unauthorized access.  Pass Section: Manage the issuance of permanent, temporary, and visitor gate passes for various personnel and vehicles, maintaining organized documentation.  SECURITY SURVEY (OBSERVATION REPORTS):
1) Organizing security surveys to understand the real risks, threats and vulnerability.
2) Formation of a stepwise procedure to conduct surveys. 3) Gathering information about the facility through different sources (key staff, local bodies, reports etc.). 4) Evaluation of existing procedure and security counter measures and finding their solution.  VIGILENCE: 1) Maintaining responsibility for primary assistance, monitoring electronic surveillance CCTV, RFID, Guard Patrolling Monitoring System emergency response, maintaining key control etc. 2) Keeping records of security incidentreports, DSR, investigation reports, FIR's etc. 3) Establishment of a communication channel with security personnel or posts as well as with other departments. 4) Considering any doubtful matter regarding RGP/NRGP/IGP and passing it to higher authority through defined procedure for further consideration  Travel Desk Management: Manage travel arrangements including ticket bookings (air, rail, etc.), hotel reservations, and guest house accommodations. Expenses / Budget Management & Vendor Payment.  Transportation Management: Direct and oversee staff and worker transportation. Manage and monitor transport services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Develop initiatives to optimize transport services. Collaborate with the Transport Manager to optimize bus routes, driver allocation, and vehicle utilization.  Canteen Administration: Oversee canteen operations, ensuring hygiene, safety, and food quality standards. Collaborate with the Canteen Manager and Store Manager for smooth administration.  Housekeeping: Collaborate with the third-party housekeeping service provider to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the plant, shop floor, and administrative
buildings.  Staff & Labour Colony Administration: Manage all aspects of administration, hygiene, sanitation, cleanliness, and maintenance for staff and labor colonies.  Guest House & Bachelor Employee GH Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the guest house and bachelor employee accommodations.
