- PhD in Agronomy, Plant Sciences, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Maximum of 2 years of professional experience in agricultural research or a commercial agronomy setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in experimental design, statistical analysis, and modern agricultural software tools.
- Advanced technical knowledge of soil science, plant physiology, and crop protection strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
