Key Sourcing Criteria
- Overall Experience:
- 10+ years total experience
- Strong hands-on background in AI / ML / Data Science
- Level & Role Expectation:
- M3 / Senior Manager level
- Must be a People Manager + Technical Leader
- Career progression should ideally be System Engineer → Team Lead → System Engineering Manager / AI Architect
- System Design (Very Important):
- Strong enterprise-scale system design experience
- Should understand why systems are built, not just how models are trained
- Experience designing large-scale, reliable, production AI platforms
- AI / ML & Analytics:
- Hands-on experience in ML, Data Science, and Analytics
- Should be capable of doing analytics, not just managing teams
- Proven track record of production AI systems at scale
- Generative AI:
- Experience with LLM-based solutions
- Exposure to tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and LLM APIs
- Understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases
- MLOps / LLMOps:
- Experience with CI/CD for ML, deployment, monitoring, observability
- Familiarity operating AI systems in production environments
- Leadership & Collaboration:
- Experience leading system engineers and AI engineers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Platform, Security, and Business teams
