Job Description<ul><li>General Administration, like Recruitment & Selection, Employee Welfare, Health, Safety and Security.</li><li>Housekeeping, canteen, Guest and other day to day task assigned by the management.</li><li> Personnel Administration like Issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increment, Relieving letters including new recruitments into organization & Managing the an board process.</li><li>Taking care of Joining & Induction formalities of the company employees and casual employees and also conduct the Exit interview and monitoring the relieving procedure and settlement.</li><li>Correspondence & liaison with Government Authorities Viz Labour, Factory, EPF, ESIC, Pollution, Employment Exchange, Electricity, DIC, Telephone Exchange Departments and SIDCUL.</li><li>Maintenance and updating the personnel function, like Personnel file, Attendance, Leaves, Salary and Wages of company employees and contract employees.</li><li> Preparing and updating of mandatory records under EPF-1952, ESIC-1948, Bonus Act-1965, Factory Act-1948,Labor Act-1970, ERA-1976, Minimum Wages Act-1948, POW Act-1936, Employment Exchange Act-1959 and Pollution Act.</li><li>To ensure Compliances of all Statutory labor laws under various Acts and rules applicable to factories, necessary actions under certified standing orders, rules and regulations of the company, legal drafting, Notices, Circulars.</li><li> maintains & Update of all documents for sourcing audits.</li><li>Co-ordination with all departments, sub-divisions by maintains good interpersonal relation.</li><li>Interaction and Discussion with Staff, Workers & handling of day to day grievances and creating sense of self discipline among all employees.</li><li>Improved the Morale discipline, co-operation and co-ordination, Rules and Regulation in the organization.</li><li>Handle factory compliance audits SMETS seven pillar / ISO 22716 / ISO 9001.</li><li>Handle factory visits by significant customers and teams.</li><li> Training and Development: Personal records, Gap analysis, Training identification, conduct internal and external training and maintain records. Preparation the various Training Conducted as per the schedule and verifying all the records pertaining to permanent and contract employees.</li><li>Contract manpower availability as per factory requirements at all times.</li></ul><h3>experience</h3>20
