Administrative Support
Organize and manage physical and electronic legal files.
Prepare MIS reports, status notes, and presentations for management.
Support audits, due diligence exercises, and internal reviews.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) / Graduate with relevant legal experience.
2-4 years of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or secretarial practice
Basic understanding of Indian laws and corporate compliances.
Key Skills & Competencies
Good drafting and documentation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
