Key Responsibilities: • Oversee shop-floor execution and ensure smooth production operations. • Manage shift control, manpower allocation, and production targets. • Monitor and maintain efficiency to achieve desired output and quality standards. • Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality parameters, and safety norms. • Coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime. • Possess working knowledge of Convertex machines/processes. • Prepare and maintain daily production and performance reports. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity. Desired Candidate Profile: • B.Tech in Mechanical or related field. • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing / production setup. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on experience in shift management and shop-floor supervision. • Familiarity with Convertex operations will be an added advantage
