- He is responsible for R&D of product and representative in front of customer and internal
- Plan activity according to project planning
- Is able to understand electronics/mechatronics circuit and worked on electronics/mechatronics/Electric Water Pump/ Oil Pump components
- Validates GD&T as well as tolerance stack-up for respective products/designs/drawings
- Validates and releases BOM, drawings to internal / external customers
- Is responsible for Engineering change management - ECR/ECN
- Ensures & follows IATF guidelines for all the projects & is responsible for the applicable product audits
- Is responsible for Specification Analysis, Functional Analysis & DFMEA
- Leads & conducts Design reviews & design verifications periodically. Specifically at the end of each phase
- Should participate in component testing and software testing
- Is responsible for Risk analysis and action plan following
