clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth design research to inform and inspire the development of creative solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and design charrettes to foster a collaborative and creative
work environment.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building
codes/regulations.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from reputed institutions
- Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on
concept design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential (multi-family + single-family) design projects and a high level of
design proficiency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in design software including Revit, Lumion, Rhino, Sketch-Up, Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct design research and integrate findings into the design process.
- Curiosity and passion for exploring new materials, technologies, and design methodologies.
