- Relationship Building with Education Institutions: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Educational Institutions for our Industry focussed vocational courses for their students with improved learning & placement outcomes.
- Joint Management/PG/UG Programs: Lead efforts to secure mandates for customised BFSI Industry focussed Joint programs wherein curriculum design, delivery, placement shall be our primary responsibility e.g. PGDBM (Financial Services), BCom (Capital Markets), PGDM( Banking, Lending & Credit)
- Certifications: Drive alliances & initiatives to drive FinX Job- Readiness Certifications on BFSI, Wealth Management, Stock Markets, Equity, Debt, Lending, Alternate Assets etc. These certifications also have sales & behavioural skills embedded for a 360 degree perspective of knowledge & application
- Short Courses: Embedding BFSI focussed specialised trainer led short courses and NISM Certifications along with regular academic curriculum of UG/PG/ Management to improve knowledge level & employability profile of students eg Mutual Funds, Research Analyst, Equity Derivatives, Investment Banking, Financial Markets, Portfolio Management Services
- Revenue Growth: Own and drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and building a pipeline of potential clients.
