Responsibilities:- Perform complex mechanical assembly tasks in accordance with technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to ensure accurate fitting and alignment of components.
- Conduct thorough quality inspections throughout the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow efficiency and meet project timelines.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.
- Document assembly progress and report any technical issues to the production supervisor promptly.
- Assist in the maintenance and calibration of assembly machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and throughput.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in assembly and fitting roles; maximum of 8 years.
- Strong technical aptitude with a proven ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
