We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for putting together components, operating assembly machinery, and ensuring all products meet our strict quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Assemble automotive/electronic components accurately based on standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Machine Operation: Operate assembly line machinery, hand tools, and specialized equipment safely.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products and raw materials for defects to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
Line Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation (following 5S practices).
Target Achievement: Meet daily production targets while minimizing material wastage.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: ITI Pass out (Preferred trades: Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, Electronic Mechanic, or Turner).
Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment (Freshers are welcome).
Skills: * Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings or charts.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and discipline.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
