Increase AD business by improving customer retention activities and conducting<br />service promotional activities for all ADs (Camps, Customer meets, Engine Service Camp<br />etc.).<br />b. To ensure and keep a track of service reminders, convert appointments into service with<br />customer adherence tools and increasing the AMC.<br />c. Improve sales of Parts & Oil for serviced vehicles<br />d. Identify the scope to increase revenue in AD Workshop & Make them Profitable.<br />e. Ensure customer database updating and maintenance of data<br />f. Maintain relationship with Main Dealer and Authorized Dealer Staff<h3>experience</h3>2

<br />Responsibilities:<br />• Sound technical expertise in Engineering Mechanics, Strength of Materials and Finite<br />Element Methods.<br />• Ability to understand the application of mechanism in real scenarios<br />• Experience in building creative mechanical concepts with strong analytical skills<br />• Ability to assess the performance and conduct design sizing of a mechanical structure<br />• Expertise in Finite element modelling with adequate preprocessing techniques and<br />collecting required inputs.<br />• A good understanding of FEA solver limitations and simplifications to replicate the physical<br />working to virtual scenarios<br />• Expertise in solving linear and nonlinear structural analysis. Tool - ANSYS Workbench<br />• Ability to summarize the analysis results and interpret with respect to physical testing,<br />analytical calculations and kinematic tool reaction predictions<br />• Involvement in strain gauging, solving fatigue and vibration analysis of structures<br />• Basic knowledge in using CAD tools like SolidWorks, etc<br />• Participate in resolving field failure issues related to design and manufacturing.<br />• Creativity and innovative thinking.<br />• Good Presentation and interpersonal skills.<br />Required Education & Experience:<br />• Graduate in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from a reputed<br />college.<br />• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience<br />• Good Team work capabilities and Co-ordination with other teams.<br />• Good FEA background and expertise in FE modelling, FE analysis, results interpreting,<br />report writing along with exposure to kinematic simulations, fatigue analysis and vibration<br />analysis<br />• Preference would be given to those having worked in Global engineering projects.<br />• Having passport would be preferable and should be willing to travel overseas as and when<br />required.<br />Skills & Competencies:<br />Tools:<br />• ANSYS: Workbench | APDL | Spaceclaim | Design Modeler<br /><br />Domain Expertise: Heavy Engineering / Automotive with Structural Design Analysis<br />Expertise<h3>experience</h3>5
