Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee and manage daily foundry operations, including melting, molding, casting, and finishing processes, to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery.
- Monitor production schedules, and allocate resources (personnel, raw materials, equipment) to meet production targets.
- Implement and maintain best practices in all foundry processes to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

- Strategic Leadership:
