The AGM will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the plant, including production, quality assurance, financial performance, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is key to driving continuous improvement, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the foundry meets its production targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee and manage daily foundry operations, including melting, molding, casting, and finishing processes, to ensure efficient production and on-time delivery.
